I. Introduction A. The problem is how students lives outside of school effect their GPA either negatively or positively. B. It determines their future. II. Literature Review A. GPA 1. A students Grade Point Average per semester. 2. We look at there per semester GPA 3. A student's GPA is important because it ultimately determines what they do with their life after college. 4. GPA is related to one's classes, future occupation, intelligence and overall commitment to school. B. Athletics 1. We are defining athletics as the students who participate on MSU sport teams and MSU club teams. 2. We will be measuring how many hours per week the student devotes towards there sport. This includes everything from games, practices and working out. 3. It is important to measure how many hours they are devoting towards there sport because it is ultimately taking away from the time they should be focusing on school. 4. Athletics is related to many different things within a student's life. For
