Ray Tom Quam

In the near future you will be seeing my patient Tom Quam for his knee problems. This 44 year
old male states that a month ago he twisted his knee. The pain is worse on the lateral and
inferior aspect of right knee. It seems to be worse if he pivots. He occasionally
notices a catch
in his knee. Tom has had recurrent problems with his knee. He is not using any anti
inflammatory medicines at this time.
On exam today there is no tenderness
with active or passive range of motion to the knee.
