Instructions
:
This Final Examination is based on the readings
and topics discussed during the entire semester.
The
questions are directly from the assignments. In class we reviewed every question and answer to this
exam together.
This exam is mandatory. The exam is open book – like life in a real estate deal – you may use the
resources available to you.
It is strongly suggested that you focus on the assigned readings
(including websites and statutes) and
your notes – you do not need to read anything more than the readings assigned for class.
You will not
be awarded credit for references made to reading or research beyond the reading assigned in class.
The point of this examination is for you to demonstrate through your answers, that you mastered the
subjects discussed in class and in the readings
and that you have the ability to apply your learning to
support your argument for your answers to the questions below.
Please :
(i)
Read each question slowly and answer it completely;
(ii)
Explain and support your answers;
(iii)
Spell check your paper before turning it in;

product (meaning, do not copy other’s work, do not work in teams, do not copy from

(vi)
Type your answers in black type.
