Case Incident 2: Google and P&G swap employees 1) I believe that employee swap might be a good idea for all companies because it gives a chance for employees to experience the culture of different firms and develop insight to the ever-changing world. Some values only exists in particular industry or firms, doing this swap may allow employees to learn and broaden their horizon and hence, bring new perspectives to their own firm. In long term, this might be able to raise employee’s performance or satisfaction. It’s easy to understand why only a few firms do this. First, it costs a lot to do so. Second, swapping employees affect the firm’s efficiency and productivity in several different ways. Employees’ original job might be put in abeyance. It might also take time for employees to adapt and familiarize the manipulation of another firm. It’s not unusual that employee find it hard to comply with the culture of another organization.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
