Central Nervous System is made of of collections of neurons. This allows a person to respond to a given enviroment and enviromental changes. 100 billion neurons in the brain, forming even more connections. Cerebellum allows a person to balance, multitask, ect. Helps in timing of normal speech, planning future activities. .. Stuttering on the other hand is produced from too much cerebellum activity. Lateralization: Each side of the brain is L for Left means L for language. R for Right and Emotion and spacial tasks. Right hemisphere: emotion and left side of the body. We can test what the right hemisphere sees by using the left hand. Language is not on this hemisphere, so pointing to an object is necessary to communicate. Left Hemisphere has language, so you can ask for a verbal answer, unlike the right side of the brain....
