Active Technician Track Hardware This use-case illustrates how hardware components should be tracked from client to client within an organized system. Active Technician Administrative Support Track Configurations This use-case describes how a client’s software configuration should be tracked (To include passwords, program settings, and user privileges). Active Technician Company President Query Active Work Request This use-case satisfies the need to identify active work orders. Active Technician Company President Administrative Support Client Query Inactive Work Requests This use-case describes how employees will be able to view previously resolved work orders. This will help identify patterns. Active Technician Company President Automated Email This use-case describes when a customer work order is automatically attended to with a “quick fix” email; if 48 hours passes from this original message, another email is sent stating we assume the problem is resolved. Active Technician Administrative Support Client Work Request Input This use-case describes a quick interface for inputting work request orders through an automated system via the Internet Administrative Support Client Active Technician Company President Quick Entries This use-case illustrates using a drop down menu to avoid keying in standard components installed on client computers; this will save lots of time. Active Technicians Barcode System Integration This use-case illustrates the tracking of customer equipment items along with component and software configuration Active Technician Administrative Support
