YET , thereis LIM ITED/FIXED/RATIONED BLOOD SUPPLY of 700 ml/min because of Restricted skull volume and distribution of volume between brain, CSF and blood 4. The outcome therefore: 1. 1 sec interruption of blood flow all dissolved oxygen in brain is used up 2. 6 sec interruption of blood flow unconsciousness 3. 6 min interruption of blood flow Irreversible brain damage
