The disadvantages are the difficulty of measuring personality traits that are not well defined, the experience and training may be more than their personality, the responses may not be true to what is in the applicants personality and just in how they feel it should be answered, if the same personality traits were chosen there would be no diversity, there could be a high cost for the test and interpretation of the results, and lack of evidence to support validity of the use of personality tests.
