Unformatted text preview: William Dustin Powell Management 323 Dr. Anderson Assignment number 3 Perfect job I have to say my perfect job has to be working with the cruise lines. I love to travel around the country one day and by being on a cruise I could do just that. The particular line I would work for is based in Alaska. This is very important to me because one it will get me out of Virginia and into the most beautiful state we have. I would love to be one of the first officers that would be in control of the vessels. Like I said before, yes it would be a great opportunity to see the world and even though I would be away from home for months at a time it will be all worth the time I would spend working. I have talk to some of the workers and they said they work 6 months on and 4 months off. So I would get a whole 4 months off to do whatever I needed to do. One of the major responsibilities of a first class officer of a cruise line is that he/she has to carry out the captains orders.
