PHASE 1 2. Poor Maintenance Secondary Oscillations: Chugging: a low frequency oscillation caused by pressure variations in feed lines in the C.CH due to variations in acceleration. Buzzing: caused by insufficient pressure drops inside fuel injectors Screeching: caused by the chemical process inside the C.CH which leads to an unstable resonance. Generally, Shuttle exhaust noise is more than 200 dB at the base with a frequency of 3 Hz The thin layer of base primer failed at the place where the foam is, and caused the foam to detach from the wall under extreme vibrations.
