BIO320 FORM 0 BLUE MIDTERM 1 SPRING 2010 1 Fill in your name and I.D. number on your SCANTRON and on the ANSWER SHEET at the back of the test before starting. You should have a BLUE form. Answers to the multiple choice questions must be filled in on the scantron with a #2 pencil. Answers to the four short answer questions should be entered directly on the answer sheet at the back of the test . REMOVE THE SHORT ANSWER SECTION, FOLD IT AND PLACE YOUR SCANTRON IN IT BEFORE TURNING THEM IN. There are 20 multiple choice questions worth 4 points each and 4 short answer questions worth a total of 20 points. SCANTRON and ANSWER SHEETS will be collected when time is called at 3:40 PM. If you finish before time is called then you may deposit your SCANTRON and your ANSWER SHEET in the box at the front of the room. You may keep your copy of the exam questions (it will be useful as a study guide for the FINAL!). Your exam will not be credited unless a TA has checked your ID and signed you in . They will be coming around during the exam to do this. If you finish before a TA has signed you in, then please sign in up front when depositing your exam. GOOD LUCK!!
