Anthony Bonanni Organization and Management 1101 - section 002 I work at Wawa, and I have been working there for about five months. My General Manager at Wawa is a great leader, and a great manager. He shows all bases of power as the General Manager of this store. If I had to pick three bases of power that he exhibits the most, I would have to say he exhibits expert power, referent power, and legitimate power. In my opinion, he is a great manager and he is someone that other future managers should take advice from. The first base of power that I think he possesses the most of, would be referent power. He is the kind of guy that anyone and everyone can either get along with, or connect with. He is extremely nice and easy to talk to. He likes to joke around and have a good time, but he also knows how important it is to be serious about the business being managed. All of the associates at Wawa look up to him, and strive to be like him, which is how they all can identify with him. He has the
