Meserat Zemui January 30, 2010 Journal 2 This week I met with my teacher as well as the students. The children really enjoyed me in the classroom  and I enjoyed my time in the class as well. From my observations, the students seem to have a broad range of ability  although most students perform at a pretty high ability level. There are some students who may need a little extra  help, and I am willing to help them along the way. All third grade teachers at Alps Elementary as well as my teacher,  implement a behavior policy using clips on a clipboard. If a student misbehaves, then the student moves their clip to  the warning zone. If the student misbehaves again, then they take a timeout. If the student continues to misbehave,  then the student is sent out of the classroom for the day. I think I will have a stricter teaching policy compared to my

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
