Louisville Conference Homework Prompt Attend at least one session of the Louisville Conference on Literature and Culture Since 1900. You’ll find the schedule for this conference online at http://thelouisvilleconference.com. The conference runs February 18 th – February 20 th (Thursday-Saturday) at the University of Louisville. You can attend any day / session of the conference you choose – the session does not have to be on Friday. Also, be aware the sessions are 90 minutes long. For this assignment do not choose one of the Creative Writing sessions. While you’re at the session you’ve chosen, listen and take notes. Think about the arguments the speakers are making and how they are using the research in their presentations. If you have questions be sure to write them down and ask them at the end. Before you leave jot down a few more notes such as your general impressions about the session so that you don’t forget. After you’ve attended a session write 1 page that summarizes the presentations.
