Communication and Collaboration Strategy Effective communication in a group environment is very important in many ways. It allows each other to be understood. Ideas and suggestions can be expressed in ways that don’t have to be rearranged to be comprehended. Using my fellow classmates’ and my own results from the Multiple Pathways of Learning and the Personality Spectrum, I’ll identify their learning styles and personality types and develop a strategy to effectively communicate and collaborate with them. This will provide overall, a more quality filled paper that can be turned in with little or no worry once completed. In our Chapter 2 reading, “To learn successfully, you need to maximize your strengths and compensate for your weaknesses.” (Carter, Bishop, & Kravits, 2007, chap. 2) Logical-mathematical, Musical, and Interpersonal were three learning styles strengths that my
