RISING TO THE CHALLENGE 2 Case Study - Rising to the challenge Overall goals to include in the upcoming meeting with the airline company After my little experience with the airline company, I suggest a review of the company’s mission, vision and goals so as to enable every individual employee’s goals to be in tandem with the company’s. The goal therefore, is to have one company’s goal, vision and mission that every worker subscribes to and is ready to work for. I target all employees as well as all heads of various departments, such as public relation, human resource and finance. Additionally, I will include a value driven type of service to customers as an agenda to be discussed with the management alongside the customer service group. Employees’ orientation and training programs The airline’s workplace demands high literacy levels, modern skills in operating technology, and solving problems at work. Besides training, the employees must be taking through some orientation to enable them affirm their impersonal skills and appreciate diversity (Kusluvan, 2013). Once employees are selected, I suggest the following training and orientation programs. To begin with, all employees must undergo basic literacy training so that they can improve their literacy skills. Employees should upgrade their technical skills in
