“Try to obtain your food by means of nothing but physical motions-and you’ll learn that man’s mind is the root of all the goods produced and of all the wealth that has ever existed on earth.” Ayn Rand, From Atlas Shrugged- page 95 line 35-39 Ayn Rand’s quote is phenomenal and really touches deep on an entirely different level. She is talking about forgetting about money for a second and using the real weapon the human brain. To her money is powerful and great but it does not even measure to the greatness the mind has to offer. Wealth is nothing without the brain, and no one can ever be wealthy till one realizes that. In this quote I believe she is also trying to say that with one’s mind anything is possible and one can achieve anything. From the business perspective I believe this also has a great deal to offer in a moral sense and also in the overall business attitude. When one is consumed by the thought of money and only money he or she can become consumed by it and completely ruin themselves along with their
