Every week, 30% of the people who bought Ambrosia last week switch to Braeburn and 20% switch to Jonagold (the re- maining 50% buy Ambrosia again). Similarly, customers who bought Braeburn last week, 20% switch to Ambrosia and the remining 80% buy Braeburn again. Finally, 30% of the customers who bought Jonagold last week switch to Ambrosia and another 30% switch to Braeburn.
