Problem 1 : Capital Goods We need to create a spreadsheet that will helps us record the capital goods we  consume in the course of production. We need fields and labels for  Part Name   (string),  Base Cost  (currency),  Qty Needed  (integer),  Manufacturer  (string),  Fail Rate/yr  (float),  Shipping Costs  (currency),  Cost/yr  (currency). First, create a lookup table called  Shipping Mult. Lookup  with two columns:  Manufacturer  and  Shipping Cost Multiplier
