How to Bake Brownies Introduction: Materials: 1 large egg, water (1/3cup), Vegetable oil(1/3cup), pan, Grease, brownie mix (1 pack), spoon, measuring cup, oven, bowl. Information known about topic: The very first official brownie recipe was published all the way back in 1897 by a company named, The Sears Roebuck Catalogue. This is actually not from America but from Canada. Procedure: Collect all ingredients needed. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Empty 1 pack of brownie mix, 1/3 cup of water, 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, and 1 large egg into the bowl and mix for five minutes. Next spread grease along the bottom of the pan. Then pour in all ingredients from the bowl into the pan and put it in the oven. Leave the pan in the oven for twenty-eight minutes.

Observations: Note: I have checked the oven while the brownies have been baking every 14 minutes for observations. 0 Minutes: Everything in the pan was very firm and sticky. To further describe what it felt like, it felt somewhat like slime. 14 Minutes: The brownies started to get a harder sheet-like crust on the top. It also had ridges on its top. 28 minutes: The top is very soft with almost a tiny film or paper-like substance on the top made out of chocolate. It is also very warm in the inside. Also it is very soft on the inside, soft enough to left the weight of a butter-knife cut through it without additional force....
