Introduce team Questions like “How are you doing today” We’re here to discuss salesforce.com, which is an easy-to-use web based CRM system that will help your business to manage customer relationships more efficiently and consistently update customer information to keep you and your sales rep up to speed. I understand that you have about 15 minutes to speak with us today. We did some research on your company and we’d like to ask some further questions in order to see if salesforce.com would be the best fit for Epitrans. If it looks like there’s a fit, we could set up a future meeting to present more detailed information about salesforce. Do you mind if I take some notes? I understand you’re interested in a product that will help your sales team work more efficiently and effectively, could you tell me a little bit about some of the challenges that you have faced in regards to your sales team?
