COURSE REQUIREMENTS Reading and listening assignments to be completed prior to the lecture for which they have been assigned. Two (2) Live Musical Experience Responses (2-3 pages typed, using a 12-point font and double-spaced with one-inch margins). Due Oct. 5 and Nov. 11 . Details and guidelines will be discussed in class. Three (3) exams, including a final exam. **Exams will begin promptly at the start of class, so make sure you are on time** ATTENDANCE AND GRADING POLICY I will expect you to come to class unless you are seriously ill, are having a personal crisis, or have been excused in advance. Four or more unexcused absences will affect your grade and may result in automatic failure of the course according to your Student Handbook.
