Outside the box thinking Better prepared Benefits 4/3/11 Which is better for us? When comparing the two planning techniques, I feel that project management is the better option for our company. With a company the size of ours, I feel having a laid out plan with clear goals, processes and milestones will lead to better outcomes and services for our customers. Being able to do Cost Business Analysis ahead of time will better prepare us for the task at hand and will give us a better understanding of what direction we will need to go to achieve our goals 4/3/11 Why Scenario Planning would not work for us. I feel scenario planning is not our best option because there are too many variables in our industry to plan for each or them. With changes in rates, laws, direction of the company, and turnover I feel that this method would require too many scenarios be laid out in order for this strategy to be successful. 4/3/11...
