Value Chain Management is one of the fastest advancing and cutting-edge concepts adopted by companies. The basic principle behind the value chain management is to provide full, consistent and coherent interaction among all the employees in an organization. Corporate vision is necessary to remain relevant in business. Vision refers to the increasing of the broad and forward thinking. It is considered the face of the business, which represents the goal of the company. Vision provides a significant stretch to the company by providing a sense of direction, discovery and opportunity to all the employees. Vision and mission of the company should reflect the business and determine that the business can go forward in future with the guided principles. The effective use of technology helps in lowering the cost of production. It is not necessary to carry the burden of enough employees, which affects the business by raising the costs.
