When I become stressed due to family matters and feel myself tensing up I normally take a deep breath and remove myself from the situation. When nauseated or unable to eat I try to talk things out with my boyfriend. Sometimes by just sharing the burden with another, like my boyfriend I am able to release some of the stress that is causing me to not be able to properly maintain my health. What physiological symptoms of stress have you observed in others? Physiological symptoms of stress that I have observed in others are panic attacks, exhaustion, and depression. I have a friend that deals with panic attacks depression and exhaustion and I believe that these symptoms are mostly due to the stress that she puts upon herself on a daily basis....
