Unformatted text preview: First Draft Bike F riendly GR Survey I nstructions Use Qualtrics to create an online survey for Bike Friendly GR. Use the appropriate techniques covered in class to develop a questionnaire with the functionality described below. Hints on the correct function to perform are in red font. The assignment is worth 50 Points and is due by the beginning of class on Wednesday, March 23, 2011. You can work alone or in groups of two to complete the assignment. Groups of more than two will receive a zero on the assignment. Partial points are possible if portions of the assignment are incorrect. Emphasis should be placed on: 1) the selection of the appropriate format and controls for each question (20 points) 2) the correct functionality/flow of the survey (20 points) 3) the survey’s appearance( i.e. spelling, layout, enhancements to the look and feel) (10 points) You should enhance the appearance in some way. Do not force responses to the questions at this point. The assignment should be submitted by email so that I can test the functionality of the survey. To submit the survey simply: 1) Choose “Launch Survey” from the top menu while in edit mode. 2) Choose “Activate your survey to collect data”....
