Unformatted text preview: Note: This letter is a real complaint letter from http://www.planetfeedback.com 1313 Mockingbird Lane Fresno, CA 93650 Old Navy Customer Relations 200 Old Navy Lane Grove City, OH 43123-8605 Dear Sir or Madam: During a recent shopping trip to Old Navy on 08/03/2007, I chose to use my "Stuff and Save" promotional bag, which gives me 20% off the items "stuffed" into the bag. At the time of purchasing from the cashier, the cashier informed me that I had to put my numerous items inside the bag. Which meant, I had to take ALL the items off of ALL the hangers and stuff inside a plastic bag. I tried to explain to the girl that it was a waste of my time to do such a thing and she told me it was part of the promotion and needed to be done. So I began stuffing my bag with my items. I was quite irritated and frustrated about doing this, but did it since thats what the promotion called for. More than anything, I was irritated about removing all the annoying hangers from the clothing, which takes time.
