Public Relation Campaign- Outline Define the Campaigns Objectives: Influence Public Opinion The Corporation has to deflect the negative feedback and produce a positive spin for public appearance to retain current customers and gain prospective customers. Restore Credibility The Corporation has to stand behind what it agreed to in its financing contracts, if they allow for refinancing then there is no excuse for ignoring the customers needs, if they do not they must convey this message clearly but politely to there customers. Generate Positive Press The Corporation has to have a roll of positive appearances to the general public through events, press, and media presence. Strategy to Achieve Objectives: 1.) Media/Press Kit o Press Release- Address the negative! The Press release will highlight the Corporations many accolades and accomplishments. It will also serve as a stage for a prompt apology for recent lacks in customer service and be a reminder to all customers of previous successful times. o
