Grades: 9.46/10 EXPERIENCE Interference Alignment for MIMO (Wireless Networks, in progress): Interference alignment techniques promise a huge gain (as large as 4900%) in capacity. Further it may be feasible to implement interference alignment on the rapidly evolving 4G networks. In my work, I am exploring possiblities of interference alignment for MIMO channels under imperfect CSI. Network Information Theory (Sep 2009-present): Investigating multiuser systems in an information theoretic context to determine capacity regions and optimal coding schemes. This work is supported by a Research Assistantship under prof. Thomas Cover. DUDE for Images (Universal Schemes in Information Theory, Fall 2009): Applied Discrete Universal DEnoiser (DUDE) to image denoising.
