What has led me to apply to a Christian college? My high school career has been split between two diametrically opposing cultures. One being public high school grades ninth through eleventh versus my senior spent at a Christ centered school. And I am not exaggerating when I see; it is like night and day when comparing the two. I can’t stress enough how much a Christian education is in one’s life. God has done magnificent things in my life and it’s all because of Him I am where I am as a person and as a Christian. You see, I like to picture my Christianity like a root, and every decision I make determines whether or not my root deepens or withers. Having Christ centered in my life daily, I will constantly be reminded of his mercy which ultimately

Having the experiences both at public and private high schools, I am very aware of all the tools Satan uses to capture weaker Christians. Playing sports year-round through high school really opened my eyes to the foolish tactics Satan uses to lure kids through the likes of pride, social acceptance and insecurity. However, I never fell for any of his traps because I tried not to let that garbage into my head. I set myself apart from others so I could continue to live a Godly life....
