Memorandum Date: December 16, 2010 To: Martha Wall From: Mathew Owens Subject: Final Exam The purpose of this memo is to complete an evaluation of the Workplace Assessment and Peer Evaluation. The standards of judgement that will be used to evaluate this will be: Group Structure Organizing Patterns Conflict Decision-making Personal Observations about Group Project Group Participation Group Structure As a whole, our group structure functioned as a dialogic team. Since the roles were flex- ible, everyone was able to try and learn new things. This type of environment also al- lowed each member to feel like they were contributing equally. I believe that this helped our group grow together and work together as a team, which allowed us to work effi- ciently. Organizing Patterns For the majority of the assignments, our group divided up the tasks and each member assumed responsibility. However, for the final technical report we tried to incorporate group involvement as much as possible. One way we were able to accomplish this was
