the combinations and contrasts of colors on the plate coordinated with each other and
table setting: The green comes from the green salad, the centerpiece garland, the bruschetta, the decorative glass
pebbles, and the main tablecloth. The green tablecloth serves as a base to pull together the disparate greens, and
the fact that there are greens in two of our dishes it serves as a stabilizing color. The white comes from the
decorative napkins, white decorative pebbles and the second diagonal tablecloth, as well as the white cheeses
present in the lasagna rolls and salad, and the onions and garlic in the bruschetta con crostini. These serve as a
neutral color, pleasingly spread in different areas of the place setting to give a place for the eyes to rest. The
orange comes from the garnish and provides a spot of warm, bright color, a highlight. The yellow comes from
the floating flower candles, lemon water ice cubes, the Granita al Limone, the squash garnish and the French
