Make sure you spend time to read the syllabus and become familiar with the calendar. Additionally, read Proper Use of Measuring Cups, Cougar Dishwashing Review and Organizing Yourselves in the Kitchen as linked on Blackboard. We also completed a Pre-Assessment, also found on your lab link. Using any resources you have (cookbooks, internet, lab partners, etc.) complete this form. Information from this form will be on your midterm and final exams. Make-up work is due within TWO WEEKS of adding the class.
