Lisa Tait, Insructor Guidelines for Blog Posts @ http://DandCclass.blogspot.com Blog Assignment At-a-Glance Number of Blogs: 2 Due: Sign up for due dates Number of Comments: 5 Whenever you’d like, but on different days Points: 50 points each (blogs); 5 points each (comments) Blog Assignment The class blog (URL above) is a forum for extending and enriching our discussion of the  Doctrine and Covenants. Rather than have you keep reading journals or turn in “thought papers”  all share and benefit from. Two times during the semester, you will write a short post for the  blog, discussing the day’s reading topic, in accordance with the requirements and guidelines  discussed below. I will pass around a sign-up sheet, and you can choose which days you would  like to blog. You are also required to post at least five comments to other students’ blogs over the  course of the semester. Source Reports One of your blog posts will be a Source Report on an article assigned to go along with the day’s  reading. The purpose of this assignment is to make you aware of further reading and  commentary on the revelations and to create a shared resource for others. You should read this  article carefully and write your blog post as follows: Give a brief summary of the article’s main point(s). If it is a long article, you may  choose to focus on one or two main points. What insights or information did this article add to your understanding of the
