Page 1 of 17 CS6963 WEEK 12 Unit 12 This week we will look at some of the mechanics of testifying as well as how to create effective trial exhibits. You will need to create a trial exhibit for this course and place it in the drop box. The exhibit will need to explain some aspect of your final Laboratory Examination Report which would likely require trial testimony (Due 11:59 PM ET May 8, 2009). So, obviously you will need to complete your examination first! This assignment is Due 11:59 PM ET May 8, 2009, 2007 Have a good week!

It is governed by FEDERAL RULES of EVIDENCE (FRE rule 701). EXPERT WITNESS testimony is allowed to formed conclusions and opinions based on the evidence.
