Task 2 – Develop a business plan and a role-play Business Plan OzHouse Executive summary Ozhouse Clean is located in Melbourne and offers professional residential cleaning services. The company emerged in 2005 and is a family owned and operated company operated by James and Nancy Anderson. James and Nancy are the directors of the company. His daughters, Amanda and Sarah, are also employed by the company. Amanda is the operations manager and Sarah is the administration manager. View Ozhouse has a constant focus to establish itself as the most respected and sought after cleaning service and facilities support in Melbourne. It also has the vision of always providing the customer with all the services in an environmentally correct manner. We exist to attract and retain customers.
