Juvenile Delinquents 2 Abstract Juvenile delinquents are one of the most talked about and controversy. Can they be reformed or are they to stuck in their ways? Should they be giving a second chance? Why not there are adult criminals who are so why not give a child one. Are the legislators just afraid of making mistakes, or just don’t want or have a solution to the problem? Why not ask the communities these teens are coming from for help. Or put money in to those communities so the juvenile have more to see then just gangs. Why not add gyms or recreation centers?

Rehabilitation means to restore useful life, as through therapy and education or to restore good condition, operation, or capacity
