DAYS, TIMES AND LOCATION: Temple University, Main Campus Alter Hall Room 031 Tuesday/Thursday 2:00pm to 3:20pm It is critically important that you read the syllabus in detail. Given the large size of this class the syllabus is very detailed and specific. You are accountable for all information in the syllabus. I reserve the right as the professor to change certain aspects of the syllabus during the semester as I see fit. REQUIRED TEXT: Management: A Focus on Leaders, by Annie McKee, New Jersey: Prentice Hall, 2010. Available in the bookstore or Zavelles on Broad Street. The text/binder needs to be purchased new as it contains Mymanagement.lab software 1 that is needed for the course. You wont be able to complete important assignments without the software and used books wont have active software. To save you money this textbook (binder form) will cost you $70-$75 instead of the $140 (the price of the textbook on Amazon). The faculty worked hard to get you this price. The software also enables you to have access to the e-book. MYMANAGEMENTLAB: The mymanagementlab software that comes with new textbook/binders is required for the class. A representative from mymanagementlab (MML) will be present to explain the set-up process on the second day of class. In addition, you have the following resources to assist you in getting set up. Do not contact the professor or TA about set-up of MML until you have tried the following resources. If you have tried the resources below and been unsuccessful then please contact your TA. You will need the course number that will be provided and the software number from the binder you purchase.
