Its about making choices, determines how decisions are made with regard to resources What will we do? How? What customers? How? With what philosophy and vision ? The mission is where we look to know what is right and wrong Analysize Situation Internally What company does well, advantages What company struggles with, complaints Externally Current economic environment Political situation Market trends and competition The regulatory environment Technology Competitors SWOT Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats Set Goals Marketing objectives consider the SWOT to set goals and objectives appropriate for that level Level Objective Marke Financial and revenue goals
