Staci Shea AP Psych project part two 3/30/11 Self-esteem is essential for some ones personal well-being and the social aspects of their lives. If someone has high elf-esteem they will have a better social life and it is better for their mental health. Low self-esteem is normally associated with social awkwardness, mental disorders and internalized problems. People with positive levels of self-esteem have strong beliefs that they are ready to defend. They are able to act like what they think is the way they should act without regard to what others think about their choice. Do not waste time worrying about what has happened in the past. They don’t worry about what could happen in the future. They learn from the past and plan for the future but live in the present. They trust their ability to solve problems and don’t worry after failures. They also are not afraid to ask people for help when they need it. They consider themselves equal in distinction to others.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
