He should have gotten his license taken away for good and the 45 days he was sentenced to in jail wasn't long enough to realize what he did wrong. He went against the privacy of the patients and the employees. The prosecutors were trying to get the court to rule that he should be required to register as a sex offender. I think he should have to register so everyone knows the crime he committed....
