Jessica Manfrin CJR 256 February 23, 2009 Marysville City Council Gary Orr, Mayor, addressed about 60 residents at the Marysville City Hall about the partial rezoning of land from M-1 for the Visiting Nurses Association Project on Monday. “This partial rezoning for the Visiting Nurses Association project will benefit the residents because it will provide a supplement our city’s tax base,” he said.
