ITESM-CEM Carlos Andrés Nava Jiménez 1162897 Logistics I. Seven Eleven. 1.- The easiest way to provide customer satisfaction is to well-know the customer. Of course is necessary to have an excellent supply chain, this can have two possibilities: The first one is to own the key parts of the supply chain, with carries costs but benefit the company with control. The second possibility is to do outsourcing in the problematic parts of the company, this can be traduce as low investment but whit some loose of control in the Supply Chain Management. 2.- Some of the risks associated with micro-match supply and demand may be to complex the supply chain, I think one of the reasons that this worked so well in Japan is thanks to the homogenous Japanese market. Because the main country is formed with few social minorities (most of them at south) and with a same income from target population. But if we think about this strategy in some multicultural country as America, we can be sure that it will be a lot of micro-issues because the needs of costumers and
