returned it to her with the following errors. American Bar Association rule 1.5 Fees reference
fees and acceptable billing, which Penny failed to follow correctly.
1) Failed to identify whether the billed time was either billable or nonbillable
2) Failed to correct the billing hours to the proper time configuration of 6-minute
billable into the percentage amount instead of being .1=6 minutes. Penny billed actual
minutes.
3) Falsified her working hours of 7.05 billing requirements for the day ABA rule 8.4:
Misconduct.
