Robert Iverson SOC - 220 May 9, 2020 Abigail Amorim Vulnerable Populations Some social problems of vulnerable population are poverty, drug abuse, and euthanasia. Vulnerability includes anyone who is considered a minority and most of the people are living in poverty, which is a state of being poor, are also abusing drugs. Drug abuse is the habitual taking of addictive or illegal drugs and that is how euthanasia comes into play, when those living in poverty face a terminal illness and feel that it better for them to die instead of prolonging their lives. These social problems make it hard for vulnerable population to develop socially and emotionally in this world. Social problems have perpetuated or are affected by “euthanasia” on a micro and macro level because they prey on vulnerable populations. When these people are faced with painful and incurable diseases, they look for a way to get out of this situation, known as euthanasia. When
