Course Description: A study is made of the major concepts and principles of corporate financial management.  Topics include security markets, the time value of money, security valuation, risk and return, capital budgeting, cost of  capital, sources of funds, financial leverage, capital structure, and dividend policy. Course Evaluation: Final averages will be calculated on the following basis: Graded Assignments 10% Regular Exams (3) 60% Comprehensive Final Exam 30% Final grades will be assigned on the following basis: A 94-100, A- 90-93, B+ 87-89, B 84-86, B- 80-83, C+ 77-79, C 74- 76, C - 70-73, D+ 67-69, D 64-66, D – 60-63, F 0-59.   No curve  will be applied. 2
