Group Presentation 1 Lauren Hanrahan 1. Considering that each partner invested the same amount, I think that they should all be on the same management level. However, it would be best to divide the roles of the restaurant between partners to be both more efficient and effective. The managerial hierarchy is CEO’s on the top, followed by top managers, middle managers and then first line managers. It would be best for all partners to be CEO’s and then to hire employees who could fill managerial positions. One partner could be responsible for hiring staff, and operations of the business. Another partner could be responsible for purchasing and accounting needs. While the third partner could be responsible for marketing and customers. 2. I think that all four building blocks of competitive advantage are needed in order for the restaurant to succeed. Efficiency, quality, innovation and responsiveness to customers are all needed for the restaurant to rise about their competition.
