2 Ethics and Recalls . I. OVERVIEW This Code of Conduct is used in daily operation. This is the ethical behaviors used when communicated to employees, shareholders, and customers. This code applies to each individual employed with the company regardless of title or position. II. PRINCIPLES A. Compliance and Reporting It is the responsibility of the employees and management to track, identify and pull and products that may cause harm or death to customers. Every employee is responsible for referring the code of ethic when they are in doubt of any decision that they make. If there are any violations of this code of ethic upper management should be notified immediately. As a business it is our responsibility to take the appropriate disciplinary actions against employees that violate this code. Seek upper management with any questions or concerns with this code of ethics. B. Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations It is the responsibility of the company and it’s employees to follow all laws, rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of management to assure that employee follow all Laws, Rules and Regulations and it is the employees responsibility to assure that the manager follows as well.
