What are the primary internal organization considerations for the development of a strategic plan? Which consideration is the most important? Why? I believe that the primary internal organization considerations for the development of a strategic plan is that of looking at the weaknesses of the organization so the organization can fix the problems that they have. Whenever any company makes a strategic plan it is very lengthy and very time consuming for the company to finish and put all of their information into one essay because there is so much information to gather for analysis or even to bring all aspects to the knowledge of the preparer so they can make the best possible decision for the company or organization. When gathering all information their needs to be a person who looks over the form for whom ever the organization seems fit to look at it or need it. What are the primary external organization considerations for the development of a strategic plan? Which consideration is the most important? Why?
