How can Avant Healthcare further leverage its brand loyalty from its HCPs to helping its business? By having happy workers and employees and being able to show that they genuinely like the company they work for, and what they do for a living, will show by their work performance and by providing better care, which then will create better business and a better word of mouth from the customers. 2.) What is the importance of Avant proactively asking its HCPs about possible concerns? How does this help Avant build brand loyalty? Avant clearly cares about their company, their employees, their reputation, and their turnover rate. By addressing anything that may be a problem early, and by finding a solution, will create happier employees and let them feel like they do have a voice in their workplace.
